Johanna Music

Jo Jo founded Johanna Music, a production company, record label and publishing company. She wrote, produced, and licensed publishing catalogue worldwide. Her music is currently receiving domestic and international airplay. She is currently working on her new CD.

  • “That’s Life” – Johanna was commissioned to write an original song “LAS VEGAS” which premiered off broadway NY, NY 2008.
  • City-As-High School Executive Internship Program – Jo Jo was chosen to be the sponsor and creative director for a workshop based on her broad experience and knowledge of the music video industry. She conducted on hand interactive seminars for high school and college students.
  • You Got The Right Foundation TM – A non-profit organization committed to human rights education through multimedia. Founded by Jo Jo in 1995, accomplishments include:
  • You Got the Right Party-Launching of the YGTR Foundation: A special event produced, promoted, coordinated by Johanna Music, Inc.
  • She is experienced with writing curriculum and educational based initiatives. She is particularly passionate about inspiring youth and promoting global human rights.

  • Amnesty International, Writing, design, and research of companion education guide in collaboration with The Human Rights Education Network Steering Committee, USA.
  • United Nations Human Rights Day Concert Live at Expo. production, direction and live performance. Coordination of promotional materials.

The Cutting Room

Jo Jo is an active member of the special event team at The Cutting Room, an internationally renowned music

club/restaurant. Working in close association with the owner/entrpreneur/musician along with high profile celebrities, they have hosted private parties, live recordings, film shoot and benefits. The Cutting Room clientele includes: HBO, Saturday Night Live, Fox TV, The Ronald MacDonald House, The Writers Guild, The National Recording Academy, ASCAP, BMI, Berklee College, Credit Suisse, CARE for Tsunami Relief, Mc Cann-Erickson, WGN, and many more.
